 Bibimbap What is bibimbap?  Bibimbap simply translates to “mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables“. You can make endless variations to this dish depending on your preference and dietary requirements.  Ingredients of bibimbap  there are many variations of bibimbap. The most common type of bibimbap includes beef and a few vegetables and is usually topped with a sunny side up fried egg. It’s made of a bowl of rice, sautéed and seasoned vegetables (namul/ spinach, carrot, bean sprouts, kimchi, mushroom and cucumber), a bit of hot pepper paste (gochujang), egg and usually a bit of seasoned raw beef.  How to serve bibimbap? 1. Prepare and cook ingredients as below - for meat, mix the beef mince with the meat sauce listed above. Marinate the meat for about 30 mins. after that cook the meat, It takes about 3 to 5 mins to thoroughly cook - mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl.
