Pramod Bhagat early life :

Pramod Bhagat, he is an Indian professional para-badminton player from Vaishali district, Bihar. He is currently ranked world number 2 in para-badminton men's single SL3. He was born in June 4, 1988. When he was five years old he developed polio, leading to a disability affecting his left leg. 

At the age of 13, he went to watch a badminton match and was fascinated with the game. For the next 2 years, he was deeply engulfed in the game with footwork, fitness, and fixture of the game.



Achievements:

- Gold Medal at Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games
- Gold Medal at World Championship 2013 Dortmund Men's doubles 
- Gold Medal at World Championship 2015 Stoke Mandeville
- Gold Medal at IWAS World Games 2019 Sharjah, Men's single and Mixed doubles
- Gold and Bronze Medal at Asian Para Games 2018 Jakarta
- Two Bronze Medals at Asian Championships 2016 Beijing

We choose pramod bhagat because even his leg disable he still can play badminton so well as he can. Also i amazed that he has high confident as he said "i am the best"

HII, good afternoon guyss. my name is Nazwatuzzahra Larasati today i want to tell u about my resolution about 2024 in this 2024, i want to make myself more improve than myself in last year to be better, so i think this is can help me   - i want start a gratitude journal for my healthy and mental, cuz for me it can reduce my stress bout my day - i want to spend my time for my family cuz i dont really get close with them so because of that i wanna being close with them  - i want to start cooking cuz i cant cook, so i wanna try new thing. as u guys know, cook can make u happy even tho the result not always good - also i wanna improve bout study more than usually - not but not least, i want to try to love vegetables because i really hate that but in 2024 i wanna tryyy to eat them
